Exchanges and Returns

Do you want to exchange or return a product? You can do this easily and quickly in three steps.

You can return your order up to 14 days after receipt and we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within 14 working days after receipt of the return shipment.

Easy returns in three simple steps:
Step 1: send an email to info@davenue.nl for the return form.
Provide the following information in your email: order number, reason for return, whether you want to exchange your item and which product you want to return.

Step 2: send your order.
Send the items together with the completed returns form to the address noted on the returns form. Make sure you provide the package with a Track and Trace code. As a sender you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings to arise.

Step 3: receive the purchase amount on your bank account
Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded
will be back in your bank account within 14 working days.

It is not possible to return (hygienic) products for which the seal has been broken.
